Graduation of Masters in the program “Management Technologies for a Medical Organization”

December 27, 2019 was held a ceremony of awarding master's diplomas on the program "Management Technologies of medical organization" at the final 2019 Academic Council of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "V. A. Almazov NMIC" of the Russian Ministry of Health.

"Medical Organization Management Technologies" is a joint educational program of Master's Degree Training at the Graduate School of Management and Business at the Polytechnic University and Almazov NIIC of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The program was created as part of the cluster "Translational medicine".

This is the first graduation of masters in this program. Six graduates are employees of the Almazov NIIC FSBI.

They took part in the award ceremony:

  • General Director of the V.A. Almazov NIIC, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yevgeny Shlyahto
  • Razinkina Elena Mikhaylovna, Vice-Rector for Educational Activities of St. Petersburg State University of Education and Science.
  • Vladimir Engelevich Shchepinin, Director of IPMEIT SPbPU
  • Director Graduate School of Management and Business Ilyin Igor Vasilyevic

Words of sincere gratitude and appreciation for cooperation, understanding and comprehensive support in the implementation of the program were expressed by the Director of the Graduate School of Management and Business Ilyin Igor Vasilyevich to the management of the V.A. Almazov National Medical Research Center of the Ministry of Health of Russia and the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

In his opening speech, Ilyin Igor Vasilyevich noted that "The key prerequisite for the creation of the educational program was the fact that the high requirements for the system of medical services on the part of both patients and insurance companies and the state, encourage the management of medical organizations to pay increased attention to the development of management systems, IT support and digital transformation. This requires a significant increase in specialists in business analysis, information and modern digital technologies with a focus on medical organizations.
