International educational projects

The Graduate school is actively involved in a number of large international projects that are related both to interaction with foreign partner universities and European companies.

Projects with Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences for international companies.

Projects for foreign companies are carried out jointly with the University of Rotterdam and are held annually. A team from the Graduate School of Management and Business is going to each project. The main task of students is to analyze options for satisfying the customer’s business needs with the help of the developed application and the IT services it provides, setting tasks for developers, controlling deadlines and handing over work to students from the Netherlands who interact directly with the customer, conducting project documentation. Also during the projects, students travel to Rotterdam and St. Petersburg.

Projects with the Munich University of Applied Sciences and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship.

Projects are aimed at the development of entrepreneurship of students. A team from the Graduate School of Management and Business, together with students from Munich, are developing start-ups on given topics. Based on the project results, business ideas and prototypes are presented. Also during the projects, students travel to Munich and St. Petersburg.

Short-term international educational collaboration with Zuid University of Applied Sciences

A short-term international educational program International Strategic Management in English is being implemented at the Graduate School of Management and Business. Within one week, foreign students and students from Russia study the main features of the business environment in Russia. As part of the theoretical part of the program, students listen to lectures, participate in seminars, discussions, master classes. This allows them to gain knowledge in the field of cross-cultural and strategic management, the basics of entrepreneurship and innovative business in Russia.

The program is carried out twice a year:

  • September - as part of the university’s summer school, foreign students take part in it.
  • November - together with students of the Zuid University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands). The program is implemented in two stages. The first stage is implemented on the basis of the Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg, the second stage is held in the spring at Zuyd University.
