On December 19, a master class was held by Roman Yuryevich Kinash, head of the SkyNet corporate university, on the topic: “Conflict Management”.
Participants in the master class examined strategies for responding to a conflict, as well as learned to extinguish a conflict and relieve emotional stress. The most active participants received valuable prizes from SkyNet.
